This rulemaking project is established to revise Commission procedural rules relating to the informal and formal dispute resolution of telecommunications providers, as well as to the filing procedures for interconnection agreements reached through adoption, negotiation and/or arbitration. In particular, PUC Procedural Rules, Chapters P, Q and R, are being amended.

Proposed New Dispute Resolution Procedural Rules (06/23/03) (pdf *)
These are proposed revisions to Subchapters P, Q and R of the Commission's Procedural Rules. These are a "strawman" rule being posted and circulated for discussion at a workshop to be held on July 1, 2003. Revisions to these proposed rules will be made based upon input received at the workshop. Upon incorporating such comments, staff will then propose these rules for publication. |
